Annabelle Sinclair

Having left Hogwarts in 1997 (though my N.E.W.T.'s had to be retaken due to Voldemort's hostile takeover of the Wizarding World, and the Battle of Hogwarts at the end of that year), I proceeded to work my way up through the ranks of the Depratment for the Care and Control of Magical Creatures, eventually leaving the Ministry to research Hippogriffs in the Scottish Munros. I completed Animagus training six years after leaving Hogwarts, achieving my first sucessful transformation in 2003, trasnfiguring into a White-Tailed Sea Eagle.

I am cousin to Michael Corner through my mother, though we didn't know each other well. He is successful now, as is my former dorm-mate, Padma Patil, her sister Parvati, her friend Lavender, my own siblings, Winnie, Gregory, and Bobby, my casual friend Luna Lovegood, Michael's friends Anthony Goldstein, and Terry Boot, Michael's ex-grilfriend, Ginny Weasely, all of her siblings, her spouse, Harry Potter, her sister-in-law Hermion Granger, and Ginny's other ex-boyfriend, Dean Thomas, his friend Seamus Finnigan, and..... Well, you get the idea. Everyone associated with Harry Potter, whether close friends, classmates, members of the D.A., or even people just at school in the few years surrounding his class seems to achieved their life's dream. It might just be that we are all honest, hard-working people (most of us), or maybe, a bit of whatever made Potter so inspirational and influential rubbed of on us. I'm not sure which theory I prefer.
