You're all wrong. Harry Potter survived the battle with Lord Voldemort! I've just finished the book! Okay, first Harry saw Severus Snape's memory in the Pensieve, and he realised Snape was protecting him all along, and after the Watch, he set off to the Forbidden Forest to meet his death, but instead of getting murdered by the Dark Lord, he continued to battle after surviving AVADA KEDAVRA --- oo Harry is the 7th Horcrux. Strange huh? And instead, Voldemort met his death --- his final word spoken is Avada Kedavra :P.

Does anyone else feel that J.K. Rowling sort of buckled under the pressure from her fans with the ending? I mean, it all led up to a final confrontation that was done in one cast spell. And the battles that were described in the end seemed paltry compared to some of the battles she described in earlier books. I was just a tad bit disappointed. but hey, still love Harry Potter.

that they will get the best director ever known so all the extraordinarily magical events in the book be put in the movie..i think all of us, and we also agree, that a movie as great as the book would sum up all our "harry potter obsessions". =)

i love this book it was great...the epilogue, i wish it was longer though i wanted to know more...but overall its my favorite book.....its gonna be hard to try and cut down the book for the movie....
